In these poems I explore the intersections between landscape and emotion, where the physical world becomes (or reflects) a canvas for human experience.
My work is rooted in place but also navigates loss and absence, examining the spaces between people and the things left unsaid. In my writing I’m drawn to liminal spaces: thresholds between seasons, days, emotions and relationships.
Water and landscapes features prominently, serving as both boundary and connector, reflecting fluid emotional states. Many poems employ natural imagery as emotional metaphor, exploring how relationships are built and eroded over time.
